Kim Scarlata

Kim joined the team in 2024. Prior to coming to Eleven Eleven, Kim was a Cultural Arts and Recreation Manager for the City of Tracy for over 32 years before she retired in 2021. She also owned a gourmet and fine provisions shop in downtown Tracy. Currently, Kim still owns a successful olive oil business, Scarlata Farms, in Napa with her husband.

Kim and her husband moved to Napa in 2022 after traveling here for over 30 years and love everything about Napa Valley! You can find her cooking and entertaining friends and family at every opportunity, especially pizza nights with their outdoor Italian pizza oven. She feels nothing is better than sharing good food and conversation with people you love and of course, Great Wine!

Kim is very excited to join the Eleven Eleven team and utilize all of her project management skills and love for wine.
